Twelve-month, tenure track faculty position at the Associate Level to Coordinate the Culinary Science study option in the Department of Nutrition, Dietetics, and Hospitality Management beginning spring or fall, 2019. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. The candidate must hold a doctoral degree from an accredited institution in culinary, hospitality management, foodservice management, or a closely related field.
