UCR Extension offers a professional certificate in conjunction with work within the Grand Teton Lodge Company. Course topics include Advanced Studies in Hospitality Management and Workplace Culture and Communication. Classes will be offered at Grand Teton National Park and will meet once a week (4 hours) over a 10-week period during the daytime from May-October 2019. This position will support teaching on the Culinary Science study option to be delivered in the recently approved Tony and Libba Rane Culinary Science Center. Nine month, non-tenure track and not eligible for tenure, full-time lecturer/senior lecturer (depending upon experience) in Culinary Science with the Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Hospitality Management, College of Human Sciences, beginning August 2019. Summer teaching is an option. The Hainan University-Arizona State University Joint International Tourism College (HAITC) is seeking five faculty members. These positions will be permanently based in Haikou, Hainan, China.
